By the way, the late-day Adams county cell north of Byers, SW of Hoyt was putting down hard .88" hail and some softer clusters just over 1" in diameter. The soft ones were pancaking on the surface and appeared to be made up of pea-sized pellets clustered together. I didn't break any of the nickel-sized hard pellets, but they almost conical shaped. I have a few pictures which I'll put up when I eventually write the report! Too bad we didn't run into each other yesterday!
